Gecko Mousse Recipe

8 oz crushed pineapple
2 cups boiling water
1 3/4 cups thawed Frozen Whipped Topping
8 oz Lime gelatin
1 1/2 cups colored miniature marshmallows
11 oz mandarin orange slices (drained)

Drain mandarin orange slices. Throw away liquid.
Drain crushed pineapple into measuring cup and add cold water to measure 1 cup.
Put orange slices and crushed pineapple in refrigerator to chill.
In large bowl pour boiling water over gelatin and stir until dissolved.
Stir in cold juice/water.
Chill 1 1/4 hours or until slightly thickened.
Stir in Whipped Topping with a whisk.
Chill ten minutes.
Stir in crushed pineapple, orange slices and marshmallows.
Chill until set. Serves 10 or 12.

NOTE TO GAK: No geckos are harmed in the making of this dessert.
